On-site evaluation system for personnel assessment: Zhonghui's veteran or new employees, during their normal work or probationary period, after learning and training from relevant departments, will be assessed irregularly by company leaders and relevant departments through setting questions or random sampling. The purpose of the assessment is to understand the current situation of employees, judge whether they can become qualified employees, whether they adapt to or are competent for the requirements of their current positions, and the assessment results can be used as an important basis for regularization or salary increase, and can also be used as an important basis for salary reduction, demotion, and dismissal.

Training report dissemination system: After employees enter Zhonghui, under certain conditions, those who pass the assessment and meet the conditions will be promoted by the company or apply for relevant skills training and learning.
