  The production process of anode materials mainly includes the following steps: Pre-treatment: Mixing graphite raw materials (such as needle coke or petroleum coke) with a binder, followed by air jet milling (crushing). After mixing graphite raw materials with a binder in a certain proportion, they are transferred into a hopper via a vacuum feeder, and then fed from the hopper into an air jet mill for air jet milling, grinding the raw materials into micron-sized particles.
  Granulation: The pre-treated material undergoes granulation, where asphalt coating modification is achieved by heating, and then particles are obtained through shaping.
  Graphitization: The granulated material undergoes graphitization. Graphitization is a crucial step, typically requiring high-temperature treatment to improve the material's conductivity and capacity. The construction of graphitization bases involves significant fixed asset investment, and most enterprises choose to build their own graphitization bases to reduce costs.
  Carbonization: The graphitized material undergoes secondary coating with resin-like materials, followed by solvent-based surface treatment. Solid-phase particles are separated by methods such as centrifugation and precipitation, and then subjected to carbonization treatment to produce high-rate carbon anode materials.
  Screening and Surface Treatment: Finally, the final product is obtained through screening and surface treatment. This step ensures that the product's particle size and surface properties meet the requirements.
